The 1st NBA Free Agent to change teams is Amare Stoudemire who agrees to a 5 year $100 million contract with the NY Knicks. Presumably that means the end of David Lee in NY. There is talk of a straight swap of David Lee to Golden State for Monte Ellis. I'm not sure that blowing your cap space for Amare and Monte Ellis is the wisest move in the world. It certainly does not make the Knicks contenders. They may or may not be a playoff team.
Someone help me with the fascination on this "Purple Drank" thing. It appears to be very popular with black athletes, but I just don't get it. Cough syrup, vodka, and jolly ranchers...Whatever...

The Brock/Carwin fight was a classic as was Chris Leben's tap out on Sexyama. Stephen Bonnar became the Arturo Gatti of MMA with is comeback win over The Polish Experiment.
