This is an UNBELIEVABLE weekend to be watching football. Allow me to set your schedule for you for Friday-Monday.
Friday evening at 6pm you can watch West Virginia take on Marshall in a big rivalry game. Noel Divine, West Virginia's senior RB makes this worth your time.
At 9pm it's time to take in my Coogs as they look for revenge against UTEP.
Saturday morning at 11am, you will want to watch Georgia take on South Carolina. The Gamecocks have a fantastic freshman RB Marcus Lattimore. Here are some highlights of his senior year in high school.
At 2:30pm you will definitely need to be at a sports bar or have your DVR running for three fantastic games.
First up is the rivalry game between Michigan and Notre Dame. Wolverines QB Denard Robinson had a coming out part last week.
Oklahoma's secondary looked very shaky in a win over Utah State last weekend. The Sooners will have their hands full with Florida State WR/CB Greg Reid.
The most anticipated game of the day might be in Columbus, Ohio where the #2 ranked Buckeyes take on #12 Miami. Terell Pryor and Jacory Harris are two very good college QB's.
At 6pm it's time for the defending champion Alabama Crimson Tide to host #19 Penn State. The Nittany Lions are starting a true freshman at QB (Robert Bolden). He will have their hands full with a now healthy LB Donta Hightower and the Tide defense. Heisman trophy winner Mark Ingram is expected to miss this game, but he has a capable backup.
Finally at 9:30 pm you can check out a Houston area star, Stanford QB Andrew Luck as they take on the UCLA Bruins.
Sunday at noon, you will all be at Reliant Stadium to see the Texans take on the Colts.....at 3pm when you exit the stadium, might I suggest checking out the most dominant LB in football Patrick Willis.
Sunday Night the Cowboys visit Washington. It's the Redskins debut for QB Donovan McNabb and head coach Mike Shanahan. The Redskins also have a Pro Bowl TE in Chris Cooley. Check out his reality show.
Monday Night the Ravens and Jets square off in the 1st half of the MNF doubleheader. Anquan Boldin is the newest member of the Baltimore Ravens. The last time he took on the NY Jets, his face got seperated from the rest of his body.
The last football game of the weekend sees the San Diego Chargers beginning defense of their AFC West crown against the Kansas City Chiefs. Kansas City is pretty excited about their new safety Eric Berry.
